The Good Samaritan exemplifies Jesus, showing the love of the Father to those nearby who need it most, but deserve it the least.

However, if we’re not careful, religious entitlement can keep us for celebrating life change in others. This entitlement can also be a barrier to both experiencing and sharing God’s love with others.

Do you find it difficult to feel God’s goodness when you’re going through a hard time? As we see in the Psalms, we’re commanded to praise and give thanks in all circumstances. One way to make this is a practice is to begin each day by thanking God for three things He has done in your life and to “say so” to encourage others.
