We are looking for a Technologies Director to lead the identification, integration, and effectiveness of all technologies needed to support Hill Country Bible Church and Hill Country Christian School of Austin (HCCSA) with the purpose of process transformation and customer value (staff, congregation, community).
This person will manage our Tech Support contractor (currently Live Oak), and work with all ministries across locations to provide technological expertise, infrastructure (hard wiring and equipment), recommendations for innovations and improved capabilities that meet the growing demands of reality, provide contract and vendor management for building and remodeling projects, develop cloud/big data capabilities, manage high bandwidth/low latency networks, ensure back-end integration for our Church Management System and for all Worship, Production, and Communication Technologies – to ensure seamless worship services, special events, and ongoing ministry.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7 years’ high-level IT Management experience, with a heart to apply their industry expertise to the local church. They should also be a mature follower of Christ, active in the local church, with a framework for ministry and working with (and empowering) volunteers and lay/servant leaders.

Production Tech Manager
We are looking for an experienced production tech leader to work closely with our Worship Directors to see the vision and values of Hill Country enhanced through excellent production and tech support at all live services and special events across all locations. They will co-manage production tech staff, servant leaders, and volunteers (under the direction of our Production Director)– helping each person take next steps in their area of skill/service as well as in their walk with Christ. This person will also manage tech/production equipment, maintenance schedules, special projects, new installs, and more.
Strong candidates should have excellent AVL tech/production skills – live sound mixing on digital consoles, lighting design and programming, projection and event set up, and understanding of the unique nuances of meaningful support in the context of worship services and events at a large, multi-site church. They should have a vibrant walk with Jesus and passion for equipping and training production technicians at all levels – skilled staff, servant leaders, and volunteers.

Global Outreach (GO) equips and deploys the people of Hill Country to personally engage in the Great Commission to make disciples of all nations focusing on the unreached. We believe every follower of Jesus has a role to play in God’s global story and mission – whether it’s by going, praying, sending, or welcoming the nations.
This person will work closely with, staff, servant leaders, volunteers, church body, and mission partners (under the direction of our Lead GO Director), to mobilize and equip the church to engage in the vision and strategy for GO. They will have specific ownership of short-term missions trips and the care of our missionary partners.
Strong candidates will have passion to make disciples of all nations and experience in spiritual leadership – shepherding, discipling, engaging and empowering people.
We prefer 5+ years’ Missions experience in the context of the local church, sending organization, or similar.

Child Care Worker
We are looking for a team player to provide quality childcare services for our weekday ministry events. This is a paid position and the ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about pouring into children and partnering with the Children’s Ministry foundation of Faith, Family, and Fun.
This person who serves in this role will interact and actively engage with children by reading and teaching the curriculum provided by Hill Country Bible Church. This person will work closely with the Childcare Coordinator and the Childcare Team Leaders each week. We truly believe our commitment to pour into the younger generation begins by partnering with families to teach children the truth about God in ways that are fun, safe, and engaging.

Hill Country Christian School
This is person is responsible for directing, overseeing, continually revising/updating, enforcing and implementing general accounting and Business Office operations, policies, and procedures for management. The Controller should ensure information is accurate and held confidentially and maintain professional judgment and diplomacy while also being welcoming to families and honoring Christ in all things.
