Full-Time Opportunities
Technologies Director
We are looking for a Technologies Director to lead the identification, integration, and effectiveness of all technologies needed to support Hill Country Bible Church and Hill Country Christian School of Austin (HCCSA) with the purpose of process transformation and customer value (staff, congregation, community).
This person will manage our Tech Support contractor (currently Live Oak), and work with all ministries across locations to provide technological expertise, infrastructure (hard wiring and equipment), recommendations for innovations and improved capabilities that meet the growing demands of reality, provide contract and vendor management for building and remodeling projects, develop cloud/big data capabilities, manage high bandwidth/low latency networks, ensure back-end integration for our Church Management System and for all Worship, Production, and Communication Technologies – to ensure seamless worship services, special events, and ongoing ministry.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7 years’ high-level IT Management experience, with a heart to apply their industry expertise to the local church. They should also be a mature follower of Christ, active in the local church, with a framework for ministry and working with (and empowering) volunteers and lay/servant leaders.

Student Ministry Director
Our Student Ministry Directors prepare each student’s future through faith, family, and friends. Each Director works closely and collaboratively with the entire Student Ministry Team (staff and servant leaders, under the direction of the Lead Student Ministry Director) to identify and develop each student’s extraordinary potential to follow Jesus, impact others, and live with purpose.
This person will also have a location-specific focus to align and lead Student Ministry at one of our locations, to see students, parents, and leaders experience life-change in their local community. They will equip Servant Leaders (Ephesians 4 model of ministry), partner with parents in their calling as the primary disciple makers of their children/students, and ensure Student Ministry is operating as One Church, across locations.
The ideal candidate has a vibrant walk with Jesus, passion for students, experience partnering with parents, proven leadership to disciple and develop volunteers/lay leaders, is a strong communicator and collaborator, with at least 4 years’ ministry experience (staff or significant lay leader) in Student Ministry or a relevant area of Family Ministry.

Senior Director of Family Ministries
We believe that the flourishing of the family is essential in accomplishing the mission and vision of Hill Country Bible Church. Senior Director of People and Relations
We are looking for a strategic and relational leader to serve as “Head of People/Chief HR” (Senior Director of People/Relations) to own the employee experience, talent acquisition, performance management, cultural health, and retention strategies. This person should be passionate to understand and personally own Hill Country’s mission, vision, and values, and committed to prioritizing our greatest resource: people.
They will lead, guide, and shepherd our directors of HR, Staffing, and Relational Equipping while building scalable professional development opportunities for our entire staff team - ensuring a strong leadership pipeline of current and future leaders are stepping into all God has for them (from our staff team and from our congregation).
The ideal candidate should be a mature follower of Christ with 10+ years Leadership Experience in Senior Management or similar (marketplace or church staff). They should be actively involved, serving, and leading in the local church (regardless of professional experience), with preference for large church, multi-stie experience.

Executive Director of Enablement
The Executive Director of Enablement will work closely with our Lead Pastor and serve on our Executive Leadership Team of spiritually mature and high-capacity leaders who provide strategy and organization leadership for the entire church, across locations, to ensure there is alignment and advancement of Hill Country’s mission, vision, and values.
This person will lead, guide, and shepherd our central support ministries to “enable” ministry across locations. They will oversee the leaders for Finance, HR, Technologies, Staffing, Facilities, and all people-related functions.
We are looking for someone with a high relational bandwidth (ability to influence, inspire, and bring others along) with a strategic thought process, aptitude and experience in Finance, Facilities, and People Management, with proven ability to spiritually lead.

Part-Time Opportunities
Child Care Worker
We are looking for a team player to provide quality childcare services for our weekday ministry events. This is a paid position and the ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about pouring into children and partnering with the Children’s Ministry foundation of Faith, Family, and Fun.
This person who serves in this role will interact and actively engage with children by reading and teaching the curriculum provided by Hill Country Bible Church. This person will work closely with the Childcare Coordinator and the Childcare Team Leaders each week. We truly believe our commitment to pour into the younger generation begins by partnering with families to teach children the truth about God in ways that are fun, safe, and engaging.

Summer Intern Opportunities
Community Impact Summer Interns
The Community Impact ministry at Hill Country Bible Church will be hiring four college level individuals to join us in an internship serving at risk children, youth and families at Mission: Possible! Austin in East Austin and experience serving with one to two of the 9 nonprofits at the Christian Resource Center in Cedar Park.
This internship will foster continued spiritual development in the interns through time in the word and a supportive biblical community of people and tie that to practical application as we seek to incarnate the word through learning and delivering ministry and discipling ministry participants. Approximately 20% of your time will be personal spiritual discovery and development, 30% training in ministry philosophy, planning and delivery and 50% of your time in actual ministry delivery.
