Saturate Austin Director
The Director of Saturate Austin will lead our multiplying strategies by directing the Saturate Austin Institute (Biblical Training for Church Leaders) and Church Planting efforts. They will collaborate with church wide ministries, ministry leaders and executives to ensure a robust Leadership Development and Leadership Pipeline are successfully developing and deploying kingdom-minded leaders into every sector of society. They will champion our mission, vision and values so that more and more people are saturating Greater Austin and beyond with the love of Jesus.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about people experiencing life change, a proven leader of leaders, and an effective communicator. Theological alignment is a must along with modeling the biblical definition of an overseer/elder; able to teach, disciple and mobilize. Seminary Degree and large, multi-site church experience are preferred.

Custodial Night Shift
We are looking for a custodian to serve on the Facilities Department Team of Hill Country Bible Church. This person will work the night shift and Sunday mornings – cleaning and maintaining the buildings at our Lakeline Campus to ensure they are safe, functional and beautiful.
This person should have experience in a custodial or facilities related field (commercial cleaning experience preferred), able to properly operate buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, etc., with the understanding of safe use of chemicals and cleaning products. They will need to be able to lift up to 25 lbs., walk large amounts of the property, operate heavy equipment and have demonstrated the ability to proactively self-direct their work. Brushy Creek Campus Admin Coordinator
This person will create a warm and professional atmosphere at the campus worship facility and officing areas – they will respond to phone calls, emails and in person visits from people in our congregation and Brushy Creek community. They will office at the Brushy Creek Commons working closely with the Campus Staff Team to provide effective administrative support – including scheduling/calendaring, credit card processing, running reports, managing supplies, databases, equipping volunteers, coordinating with church-wide ministries across all campuses, serving behind the scenes on Sundays, and more.
The ideal candidate will be a mature follower of Christ who fully aligns with the mission, vision, values and core beliefs of Hill Country Bible Church. They should have a competent, friendly and professional disposition along with strong computer and administrative skills. We are seeking responsible, mature, energetic, motivated, and loving individuals to serve as paid caregivers on all of our campuses. Applicants should have at least one to two years of experience working with children ages birth to 12 years of age. They should be able to work days, evenings, and occasional weekend events. Our caregivers typically work up to 15 hours a week while parents attend Bible study, small groups, or educational meetings. Bilingual caregivers are needed. One great perk of the job —caregivers may bring their children (birth to 12 years of age) to childcare when they work.
