We are looking for an energetic and creative Graphic Designer who is passionate about all aspects of design, communication channels, branding, photography and social media. This person should be a mature and growing follower of Christ who is excited about joining the mission and vision of Hill Country Bible Church.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience designing for print and digital media, with the ability to work in a team environment on multiple projects at once. Proficiencies in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Word, along with photography and social media skills are a must.

Director of Young Adults Ministry
We are looking for a Young Adults Ministry Director to engage, lead and empower the twenty-somethings in our congregation and community to know and follow Jesus. This person will connect young adults to the intergenerational body of Christ and mobilize them to multiply disciples, celebrate life-change and to see themselves as owners of the mission, vision, and values of Hill Country.
- They will successfully lead the ministry rhythms and environments that enable young adults to connect, grow and thrive on their spiritual journey.
- They will collaborate with all ministries and campuses of Hill Country for the greatest impact
- They will multiply disciples, develop and deploy leaders, and reach young adults who don’t yet know Christ
The ideal candidate will be a relational leader of leaders and an authentic disciple who makes disciples. They must theologically align with the core beliefs of Hill Country Bible Church. Preference for 3-5 years’ experience leading a growing ministry to college students or young adults in the context of large church; other backgrounds/experience will be considered. Undergrad required; biblical studies or seminary preferred.

Benevolence Ministry Administrative Coordinator
We are looking for an organized individual to effectively lead the intake process for people requesting benevolence-related assistance, ensuring they are valued and cared for with timely, compassionate and accurate responses. This person will provide administrative support to the Benevolence Team and other key leaders and volunteers across all our campuses. They will be responsible for the financial tracking and documentation of ministry funds, check requests and other budgetary and reporting structures.

Custodial Night Shift
We are looking for a custodian to serve on the Facilities Department Team of Hill Country Bible Church. This person will work the night shift and Sunday mornings – cleaning and maintaining the buildings at our Lakeline Campus to ensure they are safe, functional and beautiful.
This person should have experience in a custodial or facilities related field (commercial cleaning experience preferred), able to properly operate buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, etc., with the understanding of safe use of chemicals and cleaning products. They will need to be able to lift up to 25 lbs., walk large amounts of the property, operate heavy equipment and have demonstrated the ability to proactively self-direct their work. We are seeking responsible, mature, energetic, motivated, and loving individuals to serve as paid caregivers on all of our campuses. Applicants should have at least one to two years of experience working with children ages birth to 12 years of age. They should be able to work days, evenings, and occasional weekend events. Our caregivers typically work up to 15 hours a week while parents attend Bible study, small groups, or educational meetings. Bilingual caregivers are needed. One great perk of the job —caregivers may bring their children (birth to 12 years of age) to childcare when they work.
