Small Groups Lead Pastor
We are passionate about people experiencing life-changing, Small Group community – where they CONNECT relationally, GROW spiritually, and BLESS those who don’t yet know Jesus Christ.
We are looking for a highly relational and strategic leader to advance this vital, core ministry. This person will communicate the vision of Small Groups in all settings (large and small); they will identify, develop, and deploy people in the ministry, effectively manage a staff team, build a strong lay-leadership team, and partner and collaborate with pastors, directors, and leaders across all campuses.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years in Small Group (or similar) ministry with proven strength in leadership development –displaying the ability to disciple, coach and develop leaders. They should have passion for life-transforming Small Group community along with a strategic thought process that can identify effective solutions and envision and execute growth in a large, matrixed organization.

Saturate Austin Director
The Director of Saturate Austin will lead our multiplying strategies by directing the Saturate Austin Institute (Biblical Training for Church Leaders) and Church Planting efforts. They will collaborate with church wide ministries, ministry leaders and executives to ensure a robust Leadership Development and Leadership Pipeline are successfully developing and deploying kingdom-minded leaders into every sector of society. They will champion our mission, vision and values so that more and more people are saturating Greater Austin and beyond with the love of Jesus.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about people experiencing life change, a proven leader of leaders, and an effective communicator. Theological alignment is a must along with modeling the biblical definition of an overseer/elder; able to teach, disciple and mobilize. Seminary Degree and large, multi-site church experience are preferred.

We are looking for a skilled technician to serve on our facilities team, ensuring that campuses are safe, functional and beautiful. They will complete assigned Work Orders and serve on special projects that include repairing and maintaining plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems, cleaning classrooms, restrooms, auditoriums, floors, etc. and completing minor repairs. They will work closely with church staff and ministry volunteers; a positive attitude and servant heart are essential.
The ideal candidate will be a committed follower of Christ with excellent customer service skills. They must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Apple, work order system), problem solving and troubleshooting skills, ability to read blue prints and properly operate equipment. A High School diploma/GED is required and 3+ years in a facility-related role is preferred.
Other requirements include the ability to lift 45+ pounds, walk large amounts of property throughout the day, climb ladders, proactively direct their own work and availability to work some evenings and weekends as assigned. Custodial Night Shift
We are looking for a custodian to serve on the Facilities Department Team of Hill Country Bible Church. This person will work the night shift and Sunday mornings – cleaning and maintaining the buildings at our Lakeline Campus to ensure they are safe, functional and beautiful.
This person should have experience in a custodial or facilities related field (commercial cleaning experience preferred), able to properly operate buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, etc., with the understanding of safe use of chemicals and cleaning products. They will need to be able to lift up to 25 lbs., walk large amounts of the property, operate heavy equipment and have demonstrated the ability to proactively self-direct their work. Campus Technical Coordinator
We are looking for a technical/production savvy individual to work closely with the Production Director and Tech/Production Team (staff and volunteers) to ensure strong AVL across all campuses.
They will assist with installs, maintenance and operation of equipment throughout the week at the Lakeline (central) Campus (approximately 15 hours per week), and then will be assigned to a specific campus (Steiner Ranch, Brushy Creek or Crystal Falls) for helping with Sunday Worship Services and working with the volunteers at that campus (recruiting, training and empowering) – approximately 10 hours per week (total of 25 hours per week for this part time role).
The ideal candidate will be a mature follower of Christ who has at least 3 years’ experience operating tech/production equipment in a similar context (lead volunteer or paid staff). A heart for serving God and working with people is a must! A love and expertise for all things “church tech/production” in a modern worship setting is valued.

Our internships are designed for college students and recent college grads who desire to grow as leaders and in their faith journey as followers of Christ. All internships are paid (partially support-based) and provide both personal and practical ministry experience. We have internships for Summer 2019 in the following areas: Community Impact, Student Ministry, Global Outreach, and Young Adult/College Ministry.
