Church Planting and Saturate Austin Director
The Church Planting and Saturate Austin Director will lead our Church Planting and multiplication efforts. They will focus on Leadership Development of people who are already a part of our church family and will direct the Saturate Austin Institute (Biblical Training for Church Leaders) as one of the tools to equip and develop leaders. They will collaborate with church wide ministries, ministry leaders and executives to ensure a robust Leadership Development and Leadership Pipeline are successfully developing and deploying kingdom-minded leaders into every sector of society. They will champion our mission, vision and values so that more and more people are saturating Greater Austin and beyond with the love of Jesus.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about people experiencing life change, a proven leader of leaders, and an effective communicator. Theological alignment is a must along with modeling the biblical definition of an overseer/elder; able to teach, disciple and mobilize. An undergrad degree is required. Seminary Degree and large, multi-site church experience are preferred but not required.

Young Adults Pastor
We are looking for a Young Adults Pastor to connect and engage with the 20 somethings in our congregation and community - ensuring they have repeated opportunities to see and know Jesus, helping them grow in community as followers of Christ, connecting them to the multi-generational body of Christ, and developing them as leaders.
The ideal candidate will be a relational leader with proven ability to identify, develop, coach and deploy people: a leader of leaders and an authentic disciple who makes disciples. They should fully align with the core beliefs of Hill Country Bible Church and see themselves as an owner of our vision, mission, values, and church goals. Preference for 3-5 years’ experience leading a growing ministry to college students or young adults in the context of large church. Undergrad required; biblical studies or seminary preferred, but not required.

Custodial Night Shift
We are looking for a custodian to serve on the Facilities Department Team of Hill Country Bible Church. This person will work the night shift and Sunday mornings – cleaning and maintaining the buildings at our Lakeline Campus to ensure they are safe, functional and beautiful.
This person should have experience in a custodial or facilities related field (commercial cleaning experience preferred), able to properly operate buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, etc., with the understanding of safe use of chemicals and cleaning products. They will need to be able to lift up to 25 lbs., walk large amounts of the property, operate heavy equipment and have demonstrated the ability to proactively self-direct their work. We are seeking responsible, mature, energetic, motivated, and loving individuals to serve as paid caregivers on all of our campuses. Applicants should have at least one to two years of experience working with children ages birth to 12 years of age. They should be able to work days, evenings, and occasional weekend events. Our caregivers typically work up to 15 hours a week while parents attend Bible study, small groups, or educational meetings. Bilingual caregivers are needed. One great perk of the job —caregivers may bring their children (birth to 12 years of age) to childcare when they work.
