Video and Story Producer
Do you have a passion for using your video, production, and creative experience to communicate stories of life-change that will impact Greater Austin and beyond for Christ? If so, we’d love to connect with you!
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while being creative and intentional with their approach to video production. This person should have a knowledge of numerous filming and story-telling styles and techniques to use in multiple situations and applications in order to communicate and celebrate life-change through all aspects of video production. Most of our videos are high-impact, compelling, short stories (2-4 minutes).
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience as a videographer and the ability to work in a team environment on multiple projects at once. They should also be a relationally strong, spiritually mature follower of Christ; committed to continuous growth.

Director of Young Adults Ministry
We are looking for a Young Adults Ministry Director to engage, lead and empower the twenty-somethings in our congregation and community to know and follow Jesus. This person will connect young adults to the intergenerational body of Christ and mobilize them to multiply disciples, celebrate life-change and to see themselves as owners of the mission, vision, and values of Hill Country.
- They will successfully lead the ministry rhythms and environments that enable young adults to connect, grow and thrive on their spiritual journey.
- They will collaborate with all ministries and campuses of Hill Country for the greatest impact
- They will multiply disciples, develop and deploy leaders, and reach young adults who don’t yet know Christ
The ideal candidate will be a relational leader of leaders and an authentic disciple who makes disciples. They must theologically align with the core beliefs of Hill Country Bible Church. Preference for 3-5 years’ experience leading a growing ministry to college students or young adults in the context of large church; other backgrounds/experience will be considered. Undergrad required; biblical studies or seminary preferred.

Custodial Night Shift
We are looking for a custodian to serve on the Facilities Department Team of Hill Country Bible Church. This person will work the night shift and Sunday mornings – cleaning and maintaining the buildings at our Lakeline Campus to ensure they are safe, functional and beautiful.
This person should have experience in a custodial or facilities related field (commercial cleaning experience preferred), able to properly operate buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, etc., with the understanding of safe use of chemicals and cleaning products. They will need to be able to lift up to 25 lbs., walk large amounts of the property, operate heavy equipment and have demonstrated the ability to proactively self-direct their work. Campus Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized individual to join our Steiner Ranch Campus staff team, primarily taking ownership of our data base and facility usage (using key software like Service U and Arena). This is a 10 hour per week position and great opportunity to help us maximize resources while ensuring all guests, regular attenders, volunteers and more have accurate and up to date info so we can serve them with excellence.
The ideal candidate will be a mature follower of Christ - passionate about the overarching mission, vision, and values of Hill Country Bible Church and actively engaged in the Steiner Ranch Campus.

We are seeking responsible, mature, energetic, motivated, and loving individuals to serve as paid caregivers on all of our campuses. Applicants should have at least one to two years of experience working with children ages birth to 12 years of age. They should be able to work days, evenings, and occasional weekend events. Our caregivers typically work up to 15 hours a week while parents attend Bible study, small groups, or educational meetings. Bilingual caregivers are needed. One great perk of the job —caregivers may bring their children (birth to 12 years of age) to childcare when they work.
