If God has given you the ability and the opportunity to lead, we want to help you maximize that gift. While we believe God calls people into leadership with a spiritual deposit from the Holy Spirit, we also believe leadership skills can be developed and honed through an intentional understanding and practice of biblical leadership. If you are called to lead, we want to equip you to do so in the best way that you can.

What we have done in Leadership Development is taken the twelve most impactful leadership seminars delivered to the staff at Hill Country Bible Church and made them available to anyone who is currently serving as a leader in ministry. In our time in this course, we will unpack, through a variety of topics, our definition of a spiritual leader:

"A leader is someone who walks with God and works with people to accomplish a vision."

Imagine what God could do through you as a leader as you develop your skills to have greater impact and effectiveness in your current area of ministry and by extension in the kingdom of God.
