Children’s Director

We are looking for a highly relational and experienced individual to lead our vibrant Children’s Ministry – building a child’s foundation through Faith, Family and Fun. This person will manage our CM staff team, lead the vision and strategy of the ministry, and serve on our Family Ministry Leadership Team to reach, serve and grow healthy families across campuses, our community, and online.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of substantial experience and training in Children or Family related ministry. They should be a mature Christ follower, proven developer of people (staff, parents, volunteers, lay leaders), with the ability to build trust, and make people feel welcomed and valued.

Student Ministry Director

Our Student Ministry Director will provide high-level leadership to the overall Student Ministry (High School and Middle School) across all locations of HCBC. They will invest in student’s present and prepare their future through, Faith, Friends, and Family. They will partner with parents and lead the Student Ministry Team (staff and servant leaders) to identify and develop each student’s extraordinary potential to follow Jesus, impact others, and live with purpose.

We know the home is the rich, vital soil for a student’s faith to grow and flourish; therefore, we partner with parents by emphasizing:

  • Faith: knowing and following Jesus (Colossians 1:28-29, 1 Timothy 4:12, Psalm 119:105).
  • Friends: surrounding with Christ-centered, supportive relationships for seasons and for a lifetime (Proverbs 19:20; Galatians 6:1-2; 1 Thessalonians 5:11; Hebrews 3:13; Hebrews 10:24).
  • Family: partnering with parents (Deuteronomy 6:4-9).

Custodial Night Shift 

We are looking for a custodian to serve on the Facilities Department Team of Hill Country Bible Church. This person will work the night shift and Sunday mornings – cleaning and maintaining the buildings at our Lakeline Campus to ensure they are safe, functional and beautiful.

This person should have experience in a custodial or facilities related field (commercial cleaning experience preferred), able to properly operate buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, etc., with the understanding of safe use of chemicals and cleaning products. They will need to be able to lift up to 25 lbs., walk large amounts of the property, operate heavy equipment and have demonstrated the ability to proactively self-direct  their work. Child Care Coordinator

We are looking for someone to lead our weekday childcare needs by hiring, leading and shepherding caregivers. They will ensure a safe and fun environment for kids, oversee meaningful curriculum, and build trust with parents that their kids are loved and well taken care of during ministry and events at Hill Country (outside of Sunday morning).

The person who serves in this role should understand, engage and personally own the mission, vision and values of Hill Country. They should have solid administrative skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) along with strong people skills. Prior experience volunteering and training/developing teams/leaders is required. This is a part-time (20 hours a week) hourly paid position.
