Family Ministry Children’s Director
We are looking for a highly relational and experienced individual to lead our vibrant Children’s Ministry – building a child’s foundation through Faith, Family and Fun. This person will manage our CM staff team, lead the vision and strategy of the ministry, and serve on our Family Ministry Leadership Team to reach, serve and grow healthy families across campuses, our community, and online.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of substantial experience and training in Children or Family related ministry. They should be a mature Christ follower, proven developer of people (staff, parents, volunteers, lay leaders), with the ability to build trust, and make people feel welcomed and valued.

Connections Ministry Coordinator
We desire every guest at Hill Country to feel welcomed and valued, and for every person to experience the love of Jesus in an authentic way as they take next steps on their spiritual pathway. Our Connections Ministry Coordinator will work closely with our Connections Pastor to ensure warm and welcoming environments and that guests and members are provided a high-quality worship experience.
We are looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves to engage and develop people, and has at least 3 years’ professional experience in leading organizationally (administrative or similar). This person will lead volunteers (recruiting and empowering), serve on Sundays, own projects as assigned and will also support the administrative and detailed-side of the ministry (including support to the Connections Pastor).

Custodial Night Shift
We are looking for a custodian to serve on the Facilities Department Team of Hill Country Bible Church. This person will work the night shift and Sunday mornings – cleaning and maintaining the buildings at our Lakeline Campus to ensure they are safe, functional and beautiful.
This person should have experience in a custodial or facilities related field (commercial cleaning experience preferred), able to properly operate buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, etc., with the understanding of safe use of chemicals and cleaning products. They will need to be able to lift up to 25 lbs., walk large amounts of the property, operate heavy equipment and have demonstrated the ability to proactively self-direct their work.
