Small Groups Director
We are looking for a relationally strong leader to join our Small Groups staff team – committed to fueling life-changing small group community that CONNECTS people in close, Biblical relationships, GROWS people in their relationship with God, and BLESSes those who don’t yet know Jesus Christ.
This person will work under our Lead Small Groups Pastor to understand and own the mission and vision of Hill Country through an aligned Ministry Purpose and plan (MP&P) for Small Groups. They will equip and develop leaders, multiply disciples and model our relational philosophy of ministry – who are you, where are you at spiritually, and how can I help you take a next step?
This person will also work closely with our Discipleship pastor in implementing our Gospel Saturation and Disciple Making goals.

Our Communications Director will lead the overall marketing and communications strategies, partner with each Hill Country ministry, and champion and celebrate life-transformation across multiple platforms. They will effectively manage the Communications Team and shepherd and develop people (empowering Staff and Servant Leaders) as owners of the Mission and Vision of Hill Country.
Their primary focus is to ensure alignment and advancement of the Communications Ministry Purpose and Plan to “effectively communicate to our community, our congregation across all locations, and beyond about the life-change experienced through a relationship with Jesus Christ.”
This person will also:
- Ensure high quality and high-impact communications to reach both internal and external audiences
- Establish positive brand awareness; create and implement an engaging digital marketing plan; evaluate metrics to measure success/impact
- Collaborate with Worship, Production, and Connection’s ministries to support weekend services and special events with:
- Creative support and collateral
- Aligned messaging
- Thoughtful wayfinding
- A warm and welcoming environment across all locations
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ leadership experience in communications, a BA (or similar) degree in a relevant field, gifts of strategy, integration and innovation, and be a mature Christ follower who sees themselves as an owner of the mission, vision and values of Hill Country. Student Ministry Director
Our Student Ministry Director will provide high-level leadership to the overall Student Ministry (High School and Middle School) across all locations of HCBC. They will invest in student’s present and prepare their future through, Faith, Friends, and Family. They will partner with parents and lead the Student Ministry Team (staff and servant leaders) to identify and develop each student’s extraordinary potential to follow Jesus, impact others, and live with purpose.
We know the home is the rich, vital soil for a student’s faith to grow and flourish; therefore, we partner with parents by emphasizing:
- Faith: knowing and following Jesus (Colossians 1:28-29, 1 Timothy 4:12, Psalm 119:105).
- Friends: surrounding with Christ-centered, supportive relationships for seasons and for a lifetime (Proverbs 19:20; Galatians 6:1-2; 1 Thessalonians 5:11; Hebrews 3:13; Hebrews 10:24).
- Family: partnering with parents (Deuteronomy 6:4-9).
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ full-time Student Ministry experience and passion for student’s spiritual growth. Live Broadcast Director
We are looking for an experienced broadcast professional and mature follower of Christ who understands multi-camera systems and live video directing in the context of a large church. The person who serves in this role will be responsible for high quality live video broadcast of all services, special events and church-wide ministry – from what is experienced in the room “live” (on screens in the auditoriums/worship services), as well as what is broadcast simultaneously online or captured for other content delivery.
This person will work closely with the Production Director, Director of Creative Ministries, Worship Pastor, and others to lead the on-going strategies for IMAG, streaming, and live video and to align these with the mission, vision, values, and brand of Hill Country. They will serve as the broadcast expert while they recruit, train, and empower volunteers and staff across locations to become engaged and competent in various production roles.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of Live Broadcast Directing experience with multi-camera systems at a large church (or similar context). They will “call the production” by supervising or directly performing camera placement and angles, camera blocking, stage blocking, graphics, and video switching. We are looking for a compelling and creative Graphic Designer who is passionate about all aspects of design, photography, brand, digital communications, and social media. This person should be a mature and growing follower of Christ who is excited about joining the mission and vision of Hill Country Bible Church.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience designing for print and digital media, with the ability to work in a team environment on multiple projects at once. Proficiencies in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Word, along with photography and social media skills are a must.

Small Groups Ministry Coordinator
We are wired for relationships and believe people thrive and grow best in life-giving community! The person who serves in this role will help people connect into Small Groups where they will deepen their relationships, build trust and take next steps in their spiritual journey.
The person who serves in this role should be a mature follower of Christ – able to shepherd, disciple and engage people. They should also be highly organized as they will lead the administrative responsibilities for the ministry and support the Lead Small Groups Pastor.

Custodial Night Shift
We are looking for a custodian to serve on the Facilities Department Team of Hill Country Bible Church. This person will work the night shift and Sunday mornings – cleaning and maintaining the buildings at our Lakeline Campus to ensure they are safe, functional and beautiful.
This person should have experience in a custodial or facilities related field (commercial cleaning experience preferred), able to properly operate buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, etc., with the understanding of safe use of chemicals and cleaning products. They will need to be able to lift up to 25 lbs., walk large amounts of the property, operate heavy equipment and have demonstrated the ability to proactively self-direct their work. Child Care Worker
We are looking for a team player to provide quality childcare services for our weekday ministry events. This is a paid position and the ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about pouring into children and partnering with HCBC Children’s Ministry foundation of Faith, Family and Fun.
This person who serves in this role will interact and actively engage with children by reading and teaching the curriculum provided by Hill Country Bible Church. This person will work closely with the Childcare Coordinator and the Childcare Team Leaders each week. We truly believe our commitment to pour into the younger generation begins by partnering with families to teach children the truth about God in ways that are fun, safe and engaging.
