Lead Graphic Designer
We are looking for an energetic and creative Graphic Designer who is passionate about all aspects of design, communication channels, branding, photography and social media. This person should be a mature and growing follower of Christ who is excited about joining the mission and vision of Hill Country Bible Church.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience designing for print and digital media, with the ability to work in a team environment on multiple projects at once. Proficiencies in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Word, along with photography and social media skills are a must.

Facilities Project Coordinator
We are looking for an organized individual with facility/construction-related experience to coordinate all building and construction projects for the church (and its campuses), including new builds, remodels, and future campus expansion, under the direction of our Facilities Director.
This person will ensure project milestones and goals are successfully met through regular meetings/proactive communications and strong coordination of details and deliverables. They will serve as the liaison and project coordinator between city office officials, county clerks, architects, contractors and others – documenting progress, and providing excellent communication, customer service and a high reputation for Hill Country Bible Church.
Prior project management and construction-related experience/knowledge is needed as well as computer skills (Microsoft Office Products and Apple computers) and the ability to read and interpret CAD files, including MEP. Custodial Night Shift
We are looking for a custodian to serve on the Facilities Department Team of Hill Country Bible Church. This person will work the night shift and Sunday mornings – cleaning and maintaining the buildings at our Lakeline Campus to ensure they are safe, functional and beautiful.
This person should have experience in a custodial or facilities related field (commercial cleaning experience preferred), able to properly operate buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, etc., with the understanding of safe use of chemicals and cleaning products. They will need to be able to lift up to 25 lbs., walk large amounts of the property, operate heavy equipment and have demonstrated the ability to proactively self-direct their work. We are seeking responsible, mature, energetic, motivated, and loving individuals to serve as paid caregivers on all of our campuses. Applicants should have at least one to two years of experience working with children ages birth to 12 years of age. They should be able to work days, evenings, and occasional weekend events. Our caregivers typically work up to 15 hours a week while parents attend Bible study, small groups, or educational meetings. Bilingual caregivers are needed. One great perk of the job —caregivers may bring their children (birth to 12 years of age) to childcare when they work.
