Christian Resource Center

Empowering People Across Greater Austin

Volunteer opportunities for individuals, families & small groups.

The purpose of the Christian Resource Center is to network and support ministries, churches, businesses and individuals to work together to demonstrate and proclaim the gospel for all people by addressing real needs.

As a top priority ministry focus of Community Impact, it is our goal to assist in growing the Christian Resource Center (CRC), the many ministries that operate on site, and the several partner ministries located off site that the CRC refers visitors to. Through mobilizing the people of Hill Country to serve at CRC and it’s ministries, we believe many will hear & believe the life-changing reality of Jesus Christ.

The CRC is located just minutes from our Lakeline campus in Cedar Park at Twin Lakes Fellowship. From senior care to job training, food & clothing distribution to teen outreach, you can be a part of the work our community has united together to provide. Prayerfully consider how you can get involved!

There are plenty of the ways you can get involved and make a difference in our community. Here are just a few:

  • Help prepare food boxes Monday and Tuesday
  • Mentor young men in trades programs
  • Provide administrative assistance
  • Be a family case manager
  • Be a prayer warrior
  • Serve at Graduation celebrations
  • Donate and help distribute clothes and household items
  • Help with fundraising events
  • Serve on a board of directors

What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can that faith save him? If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, and one of you says to them “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good is that? So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. – James 2:14
