They will recruit, train and empower volunteers and leaders for greater ownership of the ministry while working closely with the Leander Campus Pastor and Lakeline Children’s Ministry Director to ensure alignment of the vision and values across all campuses. Success in this position will result in more and more children and adults coming to faith and growing in Christ-like character. People in our community will have an outstanding experience at the Leander Campus. Experience leading Children’s Ministry in the context of a local church is preferred; theological alignment with the Core Belief of Hill Country Bible Church and proven ability to spiritually lead, train and empower people are essential.

Steiner Ranch Campus Pastor
We are looking for a highly relational, strategic and visionary leader to serve as our Steiner Ranch Campus Pastor. This person will lead the staff and lay leadership teams forward in reaching every man, woman and child in the greater Steiner Ranch community with the life-changing reality of Jesus Christ.
They will ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere on the campus as well as an engaging and winsome presence in the community. They will build a community of care, trust and concern as we embrace “one church in multiple locations” and carry out our vision and church goals. At least five years of full-time ministry experience (or similar, relevant experience) in a growing context is required, along with proven ability to expand ministry reach and develop leaders. Multi-site campus experience preferred. Undergrad degree required; seminary degree preferred.

Strategic Ministries Pastor
Our Strategic Ministries Pastor will lead staff and ministry teams towards greater impact in reaching people with the life-changing reality of Jesus Christ.
Strategic Ministries are the specialized ministries of the church that reach people uniquely (in our congregation and community) – they are customized for the specific needs of each campus, since every campus has a slightly different focus or approach, while being united in vision and purpose. Strategic ministries include Men’s, Women’s, Marriage, Young Adults, Global Outreach, etc.
The person who serves in this role will work closely with our Executive Team to accomplish strategic plans and church goals. They will shepherd staff, manage Ministry Action Plan (MAP) activities, and work with campus pastors as we live out “one church in multiple locations.”
This person should be highly relational while possessing gifts of administration, leadership and shepherding. The ideal candidate will have a vibrant walk with Christ, passion for the local church, a strategic mind with proven and effective leadership development experience.

Small Groups Lead Pastor

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years in Small Group ministry with proven strength in leadership development –displaying the ability to disciple, coach and develop leaders. They should have passion for life-transforming Small Group community along with a strategic thought process that can identify effective solutions and envision and execute growth in a large, matrixed organization. Steiner Ranch Campus Worship Pastor
We are looking for a passionate worship leader who loves God and loves people. This person will serve at the Pastor/Director level on our overall staff team and will partner with their Campus Pastor in accomplishing the vision to saturate their geography with the love of Jesus.
The Campus Worship Pastor will ensure that worship services glorify God – they are biblical, meaningful and transcendent. They will activate participation and a response in people to worship and thank God for who He is and all He’s done. They will lock arms with the Campus Pastor in ministering to people throughout the week and will collaborate with all our worship pastors (all campuses) as part of the overall worship ministry and staff team in living out “one church in multiple locations.”
They will be responsible to identify, develop and deploy volunteers, lead a modern worship band (musicians and vocalists) and own the planning and execution of weekend services and special events at their campus. This person will be a key leader, vocalist and communicator in worship services aimed at connecting people to God in life-changing worship that impacts daily, missional living.

Custodial Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced commercial cleaning expert and manager to supervise custodial staff to clean and maintain our Lakeline Campus facility. The ideal candidate will be a mature follower of Jesus Christ who is knowledgeable in all principles and best practices for commercial cleaning. They need to have proven ability to lead a successful custodial crew, including spiritual development, teamwork, training, scheduling, cleaning, chemical, equipment and safety procedures, purchasing of supplies, and more. This person should also be bi-lingual (Spanish and English) with high integrity, good communication and computer skills and the ability to assess needs and accomplish results in a fast-paced environment.
