Support Groups

We're offering free online support groups facilitated by members of our counseling team specific to some of the most current challenges we are facing in during shelter in place.

A support group is a group of people with common experiences or concerns who provide each other with encouragement, comfort, and advice. We currently have four support groups we are preparing to offer you during this challenging season. This will not be counseling but will be a place to be connected with others in the community who share your current challenges, heard and encouraged.

If you are interested in joining one of these support groups, please reach out to the contact person below and they will give you more information concerning dates and times.

Contact Bryan Snead, MA, NCC, LPC Intern, LMFT Associate

Marriages are particularly vulnerable to stress and strain during this time. So, we want to provide a safe space to process how you and your spouse are managing your relationship and, in most cases, increased and extended time together. Join other couples looking for tips and tools to make sure their marriage is strengthened as they navigate this unprecedented season.
