The HR Director provides both strategic leadership and hands-on support across all areas of human resources for Hill Country Bible Church. The role oversees the full employee life cycle, including recruiting, benefits and payroll administration, compensation, compliance, and training. The HR Director also coaches, supervisors, shapes culture, and aligns policies and practices with biblical principles, legal requirements, and the church’s mission, vision, values, and staff values. Acting as a trusted advisor to staff and leadership, the HR Director helps cultivate a healthy, Christ-centered workplace and ensures HR systems, policies, and programs advance the church’s vision and long-term ministry impact.
