God made us dependent by design. We need each other as we continually grow, learn, and mature in Christ through all stages of life. We are excited to offer a variety of groups for a variety of ages and stages of life.
Groups for You
From early adulthood to senior adulthood, there is a place for you at Hill Country Bible Church. Whether you're single or married, a man or a woman, just beginning your career or enjoying retirement, a young adult or senior—there is a place for you to connect, build relationships, and grow in your faith with others, both within and beyond your current season of life.
Three Steps to Finding Your Group
2. Choose Your Filters.
Filter by category (such as Married with Kids, Empty Nesters, or Singles), day of week, and location. If your search doesn't yield results, reduce the number of filters and try again.
3. Get Connected.
Share your basic contact info and click "Get Connected," and Groups Connector—a real person, usually a volunteer—will reach out to you to confirm your availability and help you get connected with a group that makes sense.

What kind of Groups do you have?
Hill Country Bible Church offers a variety of groups designed for life stage, age, and area of Greater Austin. Find different groups around you through the Group Finder tool. Groups are organized by age/stage of life, location, and meeting time.
How many people are in a Hill Country Group?
Groups vary in size. The typical group usually consists of around 12 adults.
Where and when do Groups meet?
Groups typically meet every week, usually in someone’s home, and meet throughout most days of the week. Many groups adjust their meeting rhythm in the summer months and during the holidays.
What topics do Groups at Hill Country discuss?
Our default is for groups to discuss the weekend’s sermon so that people don’t just hear it on Sunday, but let the message enrich and challenge them to live it out during the week. Other times, groups go through a book of the Bible, go through a book together, or utilize one of the many quality, video-driven studies through RightNow Media (a.k.a. the Netflix of Bible Studies).
Do you offer childcare?
Each group solves the childcare challenge differently. Some hire a babysitter and pitch in. Others rotate adults taking turns watching the kids. See the Group Finder description for any particular group to see how they handle childcare.
