We’d love for you to join us for a Christmas Eve service that will delight you, your family, and your friends! Gather with family and friends to sing timeless carols, hear a message of hope, take part in the traditional lighting of the candles—and even enjoy a flurry of snow! From kids to grandparents, this joyful experience will fill your heart with the true meaning of Christmas.

So that we can ensure a seat for everyone, reservations are free but required.

Christmas at Hill Country is a great opportunity to invite others to experience the true meaning of Christmas in a warm, welcoming winter wonderland. FAQs

Are Reservations Free?

Yes, seat reservations are completely free! While free, they’re required, so be sure to reserve your seats today. Once you reserve your seats, you will receive an email from our reservations partner, Vanco Events.

Is There A Limit To the Number Of Seats I Can Reserve?

You can reserve up to 10 seats per order. If you need to reserve more than 10 seats, you can do so through a separate reservation.

Will There Be Interpretation For the Hearing Impaired?

We’ll have interpretation for the hearing impaired at the 6pm service on Tuesday, December 23. Please contact Shelly Corbin at [email protected] for more details and seat reservations.

Which Service Is Best for Special Needs?

We have seats reserved specifically for our Special Needs community at the 4pm service on Wednesday, December 24. Please contact Shelly Corbin at [email protected] for more details and seat reservations.

Will There Be Kids Ministry During the Service?

Our service is fun, festive, and family-friendly, so we encourage you and your kids to enjoy it together. So, we won’t have Kids Ministry during any of the services.

Is There Handicap-Accessible Seating?

We want to be sure to accommodate you and your guests, so if you require handicap-accessible seating, please call 512-331-5050 during the following office hours.

Can I Watch the Christmas Eve Service Online?

Can’t make it in person? We’d still love for you to celebrate with us! Join our Christmas Eve service live online Tuesday, December 24 at 4pm, and experience the music, message, and candlelight from wherever you are. You can enjoy the service plus explore past services anytime at hcbc.com/watch.

How Can I Find My Seat Reservations?

You will receive an email from VancoEvents Team with your seat reservations. If you can’t find the email or need to access your seat reservations, simply enter your email address here and have your seat reservations resent to you.

How Do I Change or Cancel My Seat Reservations?

You can do so through your confirmation email from Vanco. PLEASE NOTE: Once you cancel reservations, you’ll receive an email that you’ll need to confirm in order to verify and complete your cancellation.

To accommodate the large crowds that attend Hill Country’s services, we appreciate you cancelling any reservations you no longer need.
