Ideal Volunteer Opportunity for Families with Children/Teens & Small Groups.

Reveal Resource Center is a Capital Area Food Bank partner agency that distributes groceries, clothing, and ministry support. The primary focus is to be the hands and feet of Jesus to the Greater Austin community.

Specific Volunteer Needs

Individuals to help pick-up, sort & distribute groceries and clothing. Also need volunteers (especially Spanish speakers) for client interaction and counseling. Reveal also accepts donations of clothing (all types & sizes), and non-expired food.

Volunteer commitment: Grocery pickups from local stores occur at 6:30am every morning of the week. Spanish speakers and general volunteers for food & clothing pantry needed Mondays 9:00am – 11:00am and Tuesdays 9:00am – Noon. (Clients are served Tuesdays 9:00 am – noon).

Mondays – Unloading and Bagging only from 9:00 a.m. -11:30 a.m.; Set up help needed from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.; Pantry Hours 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Tuesdays – Set up help needed from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.; Pantry Hours 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
