Backpack Attack 2017

First Weekend in August

Help Students in Need Get Ready for Back to School

Great Serving Opportunity for Families

Each year, roughly 5,000 LISD elementary and middle school students may not have the resources to start school with a backpack and basic school supplies. You can help these students be ready by donating or volunteering.

Your online donations allow us to purchase new backpacks and school supplies at manufacturer’s cost. Donations will be collected June 15 through August 15.

We need hundreds of volunteers to help with this three-day event on August 3 – 5. View the days and shift descriptions below and then click the volunteer button to sign up for one or more shifts.
