Full-Time Opportunities

Marketing and Communications Manager

We are looking for a full-time MarCom Manager to lead our Communications Team, as part of the overall staff at Hill Country Bible Church Austin. This person will become an expert in the mission and vision of our church, will champion church goals, and commit to continuous growth as a follower of Christ.

The MarCom Manager will oversee the people and systems in Marketing and Communications – ensuring the mission, vision, values and pathway of our church are clearly and effectively communicated, the Communications Staff Team (people) are managed well, aligned with our mission and vision, and using their best gifts, and that all MarCom systems (projects, plans, resources, tools) are operating with excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a college degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years full-time MarCom experience. High School Pastor

We are looking for an experienced and engaging Student Ministry Pastor to lead our High School Ministry at our largest, sending Campus. This person will be an owner in the vision of reaching every man, woman and child in Greater Austin with the life-changing reality of Jesus Christ.  They will champion the goal of Student Ministry to walk alongside teenagers and their parents – equipping them to establish, strengthen, and rely on a personal, lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ. 

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years full-time staff experience in Student Ministry with proven abilities to disciple, equip and partner with leaders, parents, students and adults. They should have strong communication and leadership gifts, with the ability to collaborate and work well alongside a strong Student Ministry Staff Team in the context of a large, multi-site church. We place a high value on gospel saturation (personal evangelism), discipleship, and leadership development; this person will commit to lifelong patterns that reflect those values as they develop leaders and multiply disciples.

Small Groups Lead Pastor 

We are passionate about people experiencing life-changing, Small Group community – where they CONNECT relationally, GROW spiritually, and BLESS those who don’t yet know Jesus Christ.  

We are looking for a highly relational and strategic leader to advance this vital, core ministry. This person will communicate the vision of Small Groups in all settings (large and small); they will identify, develop, and deploy people in the ministry, effectively manage a staff team, build a strong lay-leadership team, and partner and collaborate with pastors, directors, and leaders across all ministries and campuses.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years in Small Group ministry with proven strength in leadership development –displaying the ability to disciple, coach and develop leaders. They should have passion for life-transforming Small Group community along with a strategic thought process that can identify effective solutions and envision and execute growth in a large, matrixed organization. Custodial Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced commercial cleaning expert and manager to supervise custodial staff to clean and maintain our Lakeline Campus facility. The ideal candidate will be a mature follower of Jesus Christ who is knowledgeable in all principles and best practices for commercial cleaning. They need to have proven ability to lead a successful custodial crew, including spiritual development, teamwork, training, scheduling, cleaning, chemical, equipment and safety procedures, purchasing of supplies, and more. This person should also be bi-lingual (Spanish and English) with high integrity, good communication and computer skills and the ability to assess needs and accomplish results in a fast-paced environment. Custodian – Night Shift 

We are looking for a mature follower of Jesus Christ to serve on our night custodial crew. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, and be familiar with all aspects of cleaning.
