Campus Worship Pastor – Job Description
We are looking for a passionate worship leader who loves God and loves people. This person will serve at the Pastor/Director level on our overall staff team and will partner with their Campus Pastor in accomplishing the vision to saturate their geography with the love of Jesus. We currently have an opening at our Steiner Ranch Campus and a second opening for a new campus launching in 2018.
The Campus Worship Pastor will be responsible for identifying, developing and deploying volunteers, leading a modern worship band (musicians and vocalists) and owning the planning and execution of weekend services and special events at their campus. This person will be a key leader, vocalist and communicator in worship services aimed at connecting people to God in life-changing worship that impacts daily, missional living.

Custodial Supervisor – Job Description
We are looking for an experienced commercial cleaning expert and manager to supervise custodial staff to clean and maintain our Lakeline Campus facility. The ideal candidate will be a mature follower of Jesus Christ who is knowledgeable in all principles and best practices for commercial cleaning. They need to have proven ability to lead a successful custodial crew, including spiritual development, teamwork, training, scheduling, cleaning, chemical, equipment and safety procedures, purchasing of supplies, and more. This person should also be bi-lingual (Spanish and English) with high integrity, good communication and computer skills and the ability to assess needs and accomplish results in a fast-paced environment. Future Opportunities and Positions
As God continues to expand the reach of our ministry, we will continue to launch multi-site campuses. With every new campus, we are still one church in multiple locations, but these campuses can provide a focused approach in meeting the needs of these communities along with sharing the good news of the gospel and having a central, neighborhood location to gather and worship on the weekends. We believe that campuses will accelerate our vision of reaching every man, woman and child in Greater Austin with the life-changing reality of Jesus Christ. Some of our staff openings will be part time and others full time, but we anticipate filling the following roles:
Children’s Ministry Campus Coordinator – Oversees all aspects of Children’s Ministry at the campus; recruits, trains and shepherds volunteers, works with the Lakeline Campus CM team for a unified scope and sequence that can be effectively implemented at their campus.
Campus Administrative Coordinator – Supports the campus pastor and volunteers; equips others and owns details in executing weekend services, leads the communication, scheduling and other coordination functions throughout the week.
Technical Coordinator – Owns all technical support (sound, lights, media, set up, etc.) for weekend services and special events throughout the week, recruits and trains volunteers.
