Full-Time Opportunities

Saturate Austin Director

The Director of Saturate Austin will lead our multiplying strategies by directing the Saturate Austin Institute (Biblical Training for Church Leaders) and Church Planting efforts. They will collaborate with church wide ministries, ministry leaders and executives to ensure a robust Leadership Development and Leadership Pipeline are successfully developing and deploying kingdom-minded leaders into every sector of society. They will champion our mission, vision and values so that more and more people are saturating Greater Austin and beyond with the love of Jesus.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about people experiencing life change, a proven leader of leaders, and an effective communicator. Theological alignment is a must along with modeling the biblical definition of an overseer/elder; able to teach, disciple and mobilize.  Seminary Degree and large, multi-site church experience are preferred.

High School Pastor

We are looking for an experienced and engaging Student Ministry Pastor to lead our High School Ministry at our largest, sending Campus. This person will be an owner in the vision of reaching every man, woman and child in Greater Austin with the life-changing reality of Jesus Christ.  They will champion the goal of Student Ministry to walk alongside teenagers and their parents – equipping them to establish, strengthen, and rely on a personal, lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ. 

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years full-time staff experience in Student Ministry with proven abilities to disciple, equip and partner with leaders, parents, students and adults. They should have strong communication and leadership gifts, with the ability to collaborate and work well alongside a strong Student Ministry Staff Team in the context of a large, multi-site church. We place a high value on gospel saturation (personal evangelism), discipleship, and leadership development; this person will commit to lifelong patterns that reflect those values as they develop leaders and multiply disciples.

Custodial Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced commercial cleaning expert and manager to supervise custodial staff to clean and maintain our Lakeline Campus facility. The ideal candidate will be a mature follower of Jesus Christ who is knowledgeable in all principles and best practices for commercial cleaning. They need to have proven ability to lead a successful custodial crew, including spiritual development, teamwork, training, scheduling, cleaning, chemical, equipment and safety procedures, purchasing of supplies, and more. This person should also be bi-lingual (Spanish and English) with high integrity, good communication and computer skills and the ability to assess needs and accomplish results in a fast-paced environment. Custodian – Night Shift 

We are looking for a mature follower of Jesus Christ to serve on our night custodial crew. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, and be familiar with all aspects of cleaning. Part-time Positions

Facilities Project Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and pro-active individual to coordinate and manage projects for our facilities department. This person will interact regularly with church-wide staff and ministries as well as city office officials, contractors and more to ensure project success. A customer service mind-set along with strong attention to detail are musts.

The ideal candidate will have a Project Management background with the ability to plan, lead, organize and communicate with team members. Expertise with Microsoft Office Projects (Outlook, Word, Excel, along with Apple products) is required. This person should be a mature follower of Christ with the ability to multitask and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment. Construction or facilities background is a plus, but not required.

Connections Ministry Specialist

We are looking for a highly relational and organized individual to help ensure there are warm and welcoming environments at Hill Country Bible Church. They will recruit and train volunteers and lay leaders while supporting the Connections Team and Ministry Director for worship services and large events. 

The ideal candidate will be a mature follower of Christ, have ministry experience as a volunteer or lay-leader, customer service/events experience, and able to lead and equip volunteers (spiritually and in areas of customer service).
