Unmarked Connector
Engage and welcome visitors (without wearing a name tag or lanyard which often communicates a “duty” to greet) in a natural and genuine way and prayerfully support their connection to Christ and the church. You are key in helping us impact and win over the lives of visitors. Whether they are new to the area or simply new to Hill Country, visitors arrive at our church and need to be shown value. Many do not know Christ and many are in the midst of making major life and faith decisions that will impact their future. It’s important that people without name tags or lanyards (those with a perceived “duty” to greet) also engage in welcoming these visitors. The Unmarked Connector meets them where they are in a natural and genuine way and prayerfully supports their connection to Christ and the church. This role’s objective is to create a first-time and beyond experience that values guests and wins over “the one.”
Sundays: Be walking within their zone of influence (campus high traffic area such as coffee section) 15 min before each service and 15 minutes into the service.
