The God of the universe – the same one who created gnats and galaxies – wants to hear from us. That’s crazy. But it is true. At HCBC, we love to pray. We pray with people and for people and can help you learn to connect to God too. Here are some of the things we do:

The Prayer Connection

If you would like to submit a prayer request, please fill out and submit the form here, and we will take your requests before the Lord. We'd also love to hear about answers to prayer and praises that you have experienced as a result of God working in your life!

Sunday Morning Intercessory Prayer 

This group of people meet on Sunday morning to pray for the Pastors, Worship Team, Teachers and all others who make Sunday morning happen. They pray for the leaders and those who come on Sunday morning to be rocked by the good news of God. If this sounds like something you’d like to do - then join us. Contact 512.331.2213. 

Prayer Plans 

On the first of every month we provide a list you can pray through that month. It includes our church leaders as well as missionaries, governmental officials and others in positions of power. Pick up a copy in the prayer room, just outside the worship center near the Connections Center. 

Sunday Morning Prayer 

Every Sunday, there’s a prayer request form in the bulletin. Just fill it out and drop it in the offering plate or give it to an usher. To request prayer for anyone, we must have that person’s permission.
