The God of the universe – the same one who created gnats and galaxies – wants to hear from us. That’s crazy. But it is true. At HCBC, we love to pray. We pray with people and for people and can help you learn to connect to God too. Here are some of the things we do:

The Prayer Connection

If you would like to submit a prayer request, please fill out and submit the form here, and we will take your requests before the Lord. We'd also love to hear about answers to prayer and praises that you have experienced as a result of God working in your life!

Sunday Morning Intercessory Prayer 

This group of people meet on Sunday morning to pray for the Pastors, Worship Team, Teachers and all others who make Sunday morning happen. They pray for the leaders and those who come on Sunday morning to be rocked by the good news of God. Unceasing Prayer for Austin

The Unceasing Prayer Initiative is a collaborative effort by over 40 churches in Greater Austin to cover our city in prayer 24/7. Each participating church covers one 24 hour period in prayer per month. Click Here to learn more about how to join this movement of prayer for our city.

Sunday Morning Prayer 

Every Sunday, there’s a prayer request form in the bulletin. Just fill it out and drop it in the offering plate or give it to an usher. To request prayer for anyone, we must have that person’s permission.
