This means that through various factors you will be able to experience full-time ministry in the area(s) you are passionate about and feel God leading you to pursue. Below is an overview of what each EL will experience in this residency:

Church Ministry Experience
-

-
Participate and lead various church wide events (i.e. Great Adventure, Summer Fest, etc.)
-
Being on staff at HCBC, you will have the opportunity to participate in various other ministries and staff development
Shared Learning Experience
-
Leadership Training through various programs and seminars (i.e. Discipleship and Biblical Womanhood/Manhood)
