Looking for Church Planters for the 2012-13 Residency Class
If you are interested in the Church Planting Training Center program, take the on-line Initial Screening Assessment and select Hill Country Bible Church as the agency to receive the automated report. Once you have completed the free assessment, send a current resume to Laurie Carlson at lcarlson@hcbc.com.

The Residency:
In 2004, we began the training center, utilizing proven methods preparing Church Planting Pastors to help fuel the city reaching movement. During this one-year paid residency program, the planter and his wife receive:
- Mentoring in personal spiritual development
- Training in leadership skills
- Guidance in exegeting a community
- Church Planting Church Culture
- Assistance in creating a context sensitive ministry model
