GriefShare
helping people through the grieving process
“I was numb after my dad died”
And then there was GriefShare.
“It helped me to process and move on.”
If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you’ve may sense there aren’t people who understand the pain you feel. This can be a confusing time when you feel isolated and have questions about things you’ve never faced. GriefShare groups meet weekly to help folks explore these challenges and move toward rebuilding their lives.
Each GriefShare meeting includes a video seminar and group discussion. A GriefShare workbook assists you with note-taking, journaling and study. The videos feature experts on grief recovery and real-life stories of people who have experienced losses like yours. After the video, there’s discussion time to help process what you’ve heard.
Here are comments from some of our recent participants:
“I love the camaraderie and being able to share my feelings”
“It has helped me through the year—the fog is lifting and I’m starting to see again.”
“They let me know my feelings and thoughts were OK.”
