	Tim Hawks: Born and raised in Michigan Accepted Christ when I was a young boy Received my bachelor’s degree from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO Received my Masters in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary, where I met my wife Cindy. Planted and pastored a church in Ruston, LA for three years prior to coming to Hill Country Bible Church in March of 1989. Been married to Cindy over 23 years and have four children, Kate (20), Ben (18), Ellen (16), and Sam (13). Enjoy running, reading, hunting and playing sports with my children
	Dave Redding, Chairman I was born and raised in Austin, Texas I accepted Christ as my personal savior at the age of 7 I graduated from the Texas A&M University with a BBA in 1989 - Whoop! I met my wife, Nancy, while living in Dallas and working for NationsBank in 1992, we've been married for 14 years Currently work for Frost National Bank in the trust department We have attended HCBCNW for 12 years and served in various ministries We have two children, Victoria (12) and Emma (9) and are in the process of adopting a boy(s) from Ethiopia I enjoy golf, hunting, reading and time with family
	Todd Holubec Accepted Christ as my personal savior when I was 7 yrs old Married my Aggie sweetheart, Jenn, in 1997 Have 2 vibrant & active boys Bo (4yrs old & accepted Christ March ’07) and Cody (2yrs old), and we are adopting our sweet girl, Meigan, from China and hope to go pick her up around Spring ‘09 Been attending HCBC since ’99 and have served as a ReaLife Group Shepherd, Youth Leader, Greeter Coordinator, and on the teaching team for Journeymen Enjoy spending time with my family, hunting, fishing, and trying my best to get better with technological gadgets
	John Rondeau Elementary School teacher and Assistant varsity football and basketball coach Worked in Production Control, Operations Management, and Program Management for 27 years in the Aerospace and Defense Industry. BA in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Iowa and an MBA from the University of Phoenix Served in various ministries including Children’s ministry, Small Groups, Men’s ministry, and Missions Through the prayers and outreach of a neighborhood small group in Tucson, AZ, I put my faith in Jesus Christ at the age of 37. Married Julie, my college sweetheart, in 1979 and have two sons, Bryan and Ben. I enjoy running, golfing, movies, and quiet times with family.
	Dave Victor Born and raised in Pittsburgh...still a HUGE Steeler fan. Accepted Christ when I was 12 at a weekend youth conference BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics with a minor in music Started as a development engineer for IBM 20 years ago in NY where I met my wife Linda Moved to Austin in 1993 and fell in love with the city and it's people Blessed with 3 wonderful boys - Brian (11), Luke(9) and Daniel (7) Currently lead a global processor development organization for IBM. Joined HCBC in 2000; active in the REALife group ministry, Childrens Ministry and Leadership Development (Coaching) Enjoy spending time with my family, coaching my sons' sports teams, playing guitar and reading.
	Darryl Worsham Born and raised in Healdton Oklahoma Came to a personal faith in Christ at the age of 9 years old Attended Oklahoma State University (go pokes) Married to my beautiful bride Rhonda for 20 years (started dating in HS) We've been blessed with 3 wonderful daughters Bailey (18), Hannah (14) and Isabella (7) Started attending HCBC in 2000 - served in various ministries including ReaLife Shepard, Jr. High and Men's ministries. Spend the last 20+ years in High Technology Software companies in various roles Love to spend time with my daughters, watch the OSU and Dallas Cowboys and travel the world with my wife
	Curtis Carpenter Curtis has been married for 28 years to Jennifer and have two daughters. Accepted Christ early in life, having been reared in Christ-centered families. Began attending Hill Country Bible Church in 1998, and have enjoyed serving in ministry–from children to middle school, high school, college, singles, internationals, and most recently, empty-nesters. Curtis and Jennifer have been humbled to see how God has worked to grow their individual faiths and simultaneously the church from a single location meeting in the gym to now 20 locations spread throughout the Austin area. They are eager to see what good and amazing thing He will do next!
	Tom Ashcraft Tom grew up in Baytown, Texas and attended college at the University of Texas at Austin. He placed his trust in Christ in May of 1985 at the end of his freshman year and was active in college ministry and outreach on the UT campus until graduating in 1989. He participated in a local church plant near the campus area for three years prior to attending Hill Country Bible Church NW in 1993. He has been married to his wife, Donna, for 17 years and they became members of HCBCNW in 1995. Tom and Donna have been REALife Group shepherds for 14 years and have seen God form several new small groups out of their group during that time. Tom has also served in worship ministry for the past 12 years. Tom and Donna have three children: Tyler (12), Emily (9), and Megan (6). Tom is currently employed by a local engineering firm as a civil engineer and enjoys camping and fishing.
